Eltham South Liberal Democrats have launched a student survey to find out the views of students living on the Avery Hill campus of the University of Greenwich.

Eltham South Lib Dem campaigner Elliot Shubert said "We are keen to find out what local students think of the Eltham area, particularly on crime and transport, and also their views on such international issues as Iraq and fair trade."

Cllr Mark Pattenden, whose represents Eltham South ward which includes the Avery Hill campus, said "I hope that lots of students will take the time to let us know what they think of living and studying in Eltham."

Copies of the survey have been sent to all students on campus.
